Tony and Avis Hart formed Care Response in 1994, since which the business has grown from a small office at the directors family home to a centralized hub in Sunninghill High Street.
By providing reliable and quality care for our clients, we have established a well respected reputation within the surrounding areas and 1 member of staff has increased to 25+ fully trained employees.
Diane Brown
Registered Manager (RMA Level 4)Key areas of focus – CQC compliance and recruitment
I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years (all with Care Response), having progressed right through from part time Care Worker to Registered Manager. My great Nan ran a nursing home in London so caring is in my genes.
As a domiciliary care agency, Care Response attracted me because I believe everyone is entitled to remain at home and with the our support services, clients are able to do so in a safe and caring environment.
I think of Care Response as a family company with “our family caring for yours”.

Quality Assurance Manager (IPC – ‘Leading Care Services into the 21st Century’)Key areas of focus – Building and maintaining client relationships
I have over 18 years of experience in the care industry, working in both the public and private sectors. My Health and Social Services management qualifications helped me take a previous care company from a CQC rating of adequate to good in just 11 months.
My passion within the industry is safeguarding, quality assurance and personalisation of the care that we provide to each and every client.
I also enjoy mentoring and supporting our team of Care Workers as a happy team makes for happy clients.
Kim Blyth
Operations Manager (ILM – First Line Management)Key areas of focus – Care plans and medication
I have worked for Care Response since 1996 and the care industry as a whole for over 25 years, both in nursing and domiciliary care. Like Diane, I started with the company as a part time Care Worker.
I really enjoy working with clients who have dementia and assisting vulnerable adults who have no one else to help them cope with day to day issues .
My family are my world and my hobbies include gardening and planning my next holiday.
